H-818 Double-Component Room Temperature Curing Filter Element Adhesive
Product Features
H-818 double-component room temperature curing filter element
adhesive adopts the latest formula and technology and is green
paper filter element special adhesive. It has such excellent
performance as grease resistance, water resistance, high-low
temperature alternating resistance, weak acid resistance and shock
resistance as well as good adhesive force, which basically solve
such problems as adhesive failure, adhesive shrinking and adhesive
breaking of filter element that bothers the three-filter industry
for a long time, so it is the ideal paper filter element adhesive
currently. It is hardened at room temperature, processed with
simple technology and used conveniently. Also, it can be operated
by manual and machine.
Product Purpose
Be applied for the adhesion of various machine oils, fuel oils, air
filter papers and metal end covers.

High Oil Temperature Resistance Performance | The filter element shall not de-gum when it is dipped in the machine oil at 1352for 96 h for two cycles (192h in total) for high oil temperature test
High/Low Temperature Alternating Resistance Performance | The filter element shall not de-gum and the crack of the adhesive layer shall not increase when it is placed in the air specifically at -302and 802for two cycles (96h in total) for high/low temperature alternating test.
Notes:
Glue A and B shall not contact the water, or excessive frothing
will occur.
Glue B should be screwed down the bottle cover or tied tight the
plastic bag after being used to prevent surface hardening and
influencing the use.
It should be sealed and stored where it is dry, ventilated and
cold.
